It’s Beginning to Feel a Lot Like Winter…..
Greetings from cold, rainy, and snowy Arizona! Here in the Tucson Mountains we only got the rain and cold (3.35″ since November 28) but as the clouds cleared this afternoon we could see snow on the Santa Catalina range across the valley to the east. There is a “Heavy Snow Warning” in effect until late tonight so tomorrow morning we may see a lot more snow on the mountains. Tucson hasn’t had a freeze yet so I guess that’s next. Time to put away the shorts and sandals. The photo of the mountains was taken with a long telephoto lens.
